ABO Blood Type and Rh Factor

Blood is an essential component of the body. Knowing your blood type will allow you to ensure you get the right transfusion in an emergency, help others as a blood donor, or plan a healthy pregnancy. In some cases, knowing your blood type can even help you know if you are at risk for certain health conditions in the future.

This test will determine your blood type and Rh factor.

Heavy Metals, Trace Elements, and Mineral Profile

Heavy metals can disrupt metabolic functions by disrupting vital organ function or displacing vital nutritional minerals. These elements are critical to healthy organ system function and aid in disease prevention. Mineral and trace element deficiencies can impact brain health, metabolic function, immunity, and even cause thyroid disease and anemia.

This test evaluates levels of metals, minerals and trace elements, including:

  • Chromium
  • Cobalt
  • Copper
  • Manganese
  • Molybdenum
  • Selenium
  • Zinc
  • Lead
Leptin (metabolic marker for obesity)

Leptin is an essential hormone that regulates body weight. Large fat cells produce more leptin than small ones, and serum leptin concentrations are highly correlated with overall body fat content in adults. High levels of leptin can result in leptin resistance, which impacts the brain’s ability to regulate appetite and can lead to excess body weight.

This test will reveal imbalances in leptin levels so that you can take appropriate action, if needed

Biological Age Test

Everyone hopes to age well, but aging isn’t just about looks or how many birthdays a person has celebrated. While chronological age indicates how long you have been alive,  biological age measures how well your cells and tissues are functioning. Factors such as fitness, diet and health can result in a biological age that is higher or lower than one’s chronological age. Research suggests that biological age is more accurate than chronological age for predicting the onset of disease and death.

This test checks 900,000 areas of DNA methylation in the body to provide a comprehensive analysis of your biological age and how fast your body is aging. An in-depth report helps you understand changes you can make to your habits and behaviors to reduce your biological age and slow your rate of aging.

Combined Allergy Profile

Allergies can be triggered by many things in food, the air, and one’s environment. Nagging allergy symptoms can be frustrating. Many allergens are simple to avoid, but often, people aren’t aware of what is triggering their symptoms.

This combined allergy profile measures your body’s immune response to eight of the most common food allergens and eight of the most common household allergens, including milk, eggs, nuts, seafood, dust, pets, and more.

Food Allergy Profile

Food allergies trigger a reaction in the immune system, releasing antibodies that cause the body to react as it would to a threat. In many cases, even small amounts of a food allergen may trigger serious or life-threatening reactions.

This allergy profile tests your immune system’s response to 14 of the most common foods that produce allergic responses, giving you critical knowledge to protect yourself from allergies you may not even be aware of.

Heart Rate

Heart rate, or pulse, is the number of times the heart beats per minute. Normal heart rate varies from person to person. The heart rate can be an important heart-health gauge. As one ages, changes in the rate and regularity of the pulse can change and may signify a heart condition or other condition that needs to be addressed.

Body Mass Index (BMI)

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a person’s weight in kilograms (or pounds) divided by the square of height in meters (or feet). A high BMI is associated with obesity and associated health risks.

Oxygen Saturation Level

Blood oxygen level (blood oxygen saturation) is the amount of oxygen circulating in the blood. Low blood oxygen levels may indicate an issue with the lungs or circulation.

Blood Pressure

Blood pressure is the measurement of the pressure in your circulatory system. Blood pressure can be affected by stress, diet, and genetics. Frequent monitoring of blood pressure is important to predict future risks of cardiovascular events and other health issues.

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

This panel measures serum cholesterol and triglyceride (TG) levels. It includes evaluation of the LDL/HDL ratio (calculated), cholesterol/HDL-C ratio (calculated), HDL-C, LDL-C (calculated), non-HDL-C (calculated), total cholesterol, and TG. This test helps evaluate cardiovascular disease risk and the likelihood of an ischemic event, such as a heart attack or stroke.

Lipid Panel with Ratios

This panel measures serum cholesterol and triglyceride (TG) levels. It includes evaluation of the LDL/HDL ratio (calculated), cholesterol/HDL-C ratio (calculated), HDL-C, LDL-C (calculated), non-HDL-C (calculated), total cholesterol, and TG.

Hemoglobin A1c

The A1C test—also known as the hemoglobin A1C or HbA1c test—is a simple blood test that measures your average blood sugar levels over the past 3 months. This test is commonly used to diagnose prediabetes and diabetes and is also the main test to help individuals with diabetes and their healthcare team manage their diabetes.

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel

The comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP) is a test that measures 14 different substances in your blood. It provides important information about your body’s chemical balance and metabolism. Metabolism is the process of how the body uses food and energy. A CMP includes tests for the following:

  • Glucose: Glucose is a type of sugar that is your body’s main source of energy.
  • Calcium: Calcium is one of the body’s most important minerals. Calcium is essential for the proper functioning of your nerves, muscles, and heart.
  • Sodium, potassium, carbon dioxide, and chloride: These electrolytes and minerals help control the amount of fluids and the acid/base balance in your body.
  • Albumin: Albumin is a protein made in the liver. Serum albumin can be used to assess your nutritional status and generally correlates with dietary protein intake.
  • Total protein: This test measures the concentration of many types of proteins in the blood including albumin, gamma globulins, clotting factors, and others.
  • AlkPhos: Alkaline Phosphatase is an enzyme found throughout the body. Normal levels can vary based on age and sex. The Alkaline Phosphatase test measures the function of the liver and bones.
  • ALT and AST: Alanine transaminase and Aspartate Aminotransferase are enzymes produced by the liver. ALT and AST levels are used to measure liver health and are related to metabolic health.
  • Bilirubin: Bilirubin is excreted by the liver and aids in digestion. The Bilirubin test checks the health of your liver.
  • BUN and Creatinine: Blood Urea Nitrogen and Creatinine are waste products that the kidneys filter out of the body through urine. This test measures metabolic and kidney function.
Complete Blood Count

The complete blood count (CBC) is a blood test used to quantify the major components of your blood cells which can detect a wide range of disorders, including anemia, infection, and leukemia.

Early Cancer Detection

Recent scientific advancements have led to cancer screening tests that are both accurate and accessible. With cancer incidence on the rise, these game-changing tests can help detect signs of multiple types of cancer at a very early stage when treatment can be highly effective.
