Randall Sosnick
Chief Executive Officer
Randall Sosnick is Chief Executive Officer of Lookout Health. Randall is a serial entrepreneur, corporate advisor and investor in the areas of health care, software as a service, and mobile consumer applications. Randall was awarded a B.S. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a J.D. from the Berkeley School of Law. After a 5-year stint as an attorney for Steve Jobs’ NEXT Computer start-up, Randall founded several successful companies of his own, including Amplitude Software and Digital Foundry. He currently serves as an advisor to optimize.health, a remote patient monitoring company, and several other technology start-ups. In addition to his business activities, Randall serves as a volunteer pilot with The Flying Doctors, for whom he flies health care missions to remote villages in Mexico.

Michael Skinner is the Chief Financial Officer at Lookout Health. Michael has a broad-based entrepreneurial background with deep experience in operations, finance and accounting, legal and business matters, corporate finance, real estate, and taxation. Michael has previously received his license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Attorney (JD), with a Masters (LLM) in Taxation and a Masters (LLM) in Corporate Law (w/Honors) from New York University.

Sharon Knight
Chief Strategy Officer
Sharon Knight is a wellness and disease prevention advocate, healthy aging champion, startup growth strategist, board member, and investor, who works to advance healthcare innovation and health equity in her community and across the US.
Sharon is known as a connector, idea-generator, creative problem-solver, and a collaborative, approachable leader. She is a versatile Operations executive with extensive banking and corporate finance experience and a successful track record across diverse company sizes and industries. In every role she has held, Sharon has developed and delivered financial presentations and pitches – for executive teams, boards, analysts, and investors.
As President and COO at Hawthorne Effect, a clinical trial startup, Sharon led the development of the company’s provider network and foundational quality system, enabling the company’s first contract with a major clinical trial sponsor. She also partnered with the founder/CEO to secure venture capital funding and $35M in signed contracts, propelling the company from pre-revenue to
Seed and Series A funding.
During Sharon’s tenure as President of 1Life Healthcare which operates One Medical (NYSE: ONEM), the organization tripled in size from 4 offices in 1 market to 15 offices in three markets, growing revenue from $4M to over $30M with $35M in Series D-E venture funding. As President,
Sharon was responsible for revenue and cash flow, leading the operations of the MSO supporting the medical groups with Marketing, Real Estate, Finance & Accounting, HR, and Legal services.
While at Electronic Arts (NYSE: ERTS), Sharon created a global shared services organization with a $140M P&L that established new worldwide quality, efficiency and program management standards and practices across 18 game development studios. She oversaw a $140M P&L and
complex change management program that involved of 2100 employees in 15 locations in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Sharon has served on the boards of ella Health, a venture-backed women’s health company, and Concept Art House, an international art service and digital entertainment company. She is currently serving on the board of Private Medical, a concierge medicine practice, and the advisory board of
Bindle Systems, a health verification platform. She has been instrumental in the formation of the Wyss Institute’s Diagnostics Accelerator Industrial Participant Program at Harvard University.
Sharon holds an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern
University, and a BA in Economics from Smith College, graduating cum laude.

Dr. Mundi Attinasi
Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director
Dr. Mundi Attinasi is the Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director for Lookout Health. She has nearly 20 years of experience as a clinical health provider in various disciplines of Pediatric Medicine, Aesthetics Medicine, and Health and Wellness. She is a key developer in the Compass Wellness program for Lookout Health.
Dr. Attinasi’s focus and perspective on healthcare utilization and delivery shifted after the COVID pandemic, as she saw the need for disease prevention and whole wellness services. She continues to enrich her knowledge through ongoing training and education in the field of Functional Health, Nutritional Wellness, and Anti-aging.
Dr. Attinasi is a Board-Certified Pediatrician and is Dual-Boarded in Pediatric Hospital Medicine. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, a Medical Degree from Pritzker Medical School at the University of Chicago, and completed her residency training at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Dr. Attinasi continues to educate residents and medical students as a volunteer faculty member for UCLA and UCI/CHOC training programs.

Dr. Tammy Doukas
Chief Science Officer
Dr. Tammy Doukas is Chief Science Officer of Lookout Health. She is a microbiologist that has extensive research experience with viruses that infect humans and other animals. She earned a PhD from the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Stanford School of Medicine, where she also worked as Editor in Chief of Stanford Science Magazine. Her professional work and publications have included projects in virology, molecular biology, and bioengineering. In addition to her work in academia, she has also worked in the pharmaceutical industry at Genentech, as well as bioengineering and biology projects flown on space shuttle, space station, and satellite missions for Lockheed Martin and NASA.

Director of Sales
Cory Place is the Director of Sales at Lookout Health. She has over 13 years experience in extensive pipeline navigation, sales team management, customer retention, CRM platforms, and client development. After graduating from Michigan State University, she started, and stayed loyal to, her career at DHL, an express shipping and cargo airline. There she consistently exceeded quarterly targets by 10% or more and soon managed her own team covering Eastern Michigan and Western Ohio. Cory and her team grew her district with high revenue sales in the automotive, financial, and healthcare sectors. After moving to the Bay Area, Cory shared her talent for stellar client experience and meaningful team leadership at Stitch Fix, Inc.

Amr Alshihabi
Amr Alshihabi is an operations and product advisor for Lookout Health. Amr is a start-up veteran, advisor and investor and has spent over a decade holding leadership roles at various consumer technology companies. Amr was an early employee at Uber, where he spent 6.5 years holding global leadership positions across functions such as operations, product, and business development and helped solve problems ranging from growth to safety & compliance. Prior to Uber, Amr led fulfillment and distribution activities for 6 different e-commerce brands at BeachMint and also spent time at Anthem Ventures, a Southern California focused venture capital firm. Amr became a proud Badger after he earned a Bachelor and Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is originally from Kuwait.

Dr. Gregory Horner
Gregory Horner, M.D. is a Johns Hopkins graduate and UCLA trained Orthopedic Surgeon serial entrepreneur and investor. With nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare system, Dr. Horner has extensive experience in all aspects of the ambulatory care ecosystem from physician practice, physical therapy and imaging center management to ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and cost and quality optimization. Dr. Horner has developed and managed a surgery center platform across multiple states resulting in an exit exceeding $100,000,000. As founder and managing partner of HealthPoint Surgery Center Management, LLC, Dr. Horner has focused attention on merger and acquisition work in the California ambulatory care system by partnering with hospitals and health plans. Dr. Horner is a former board member of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and the California Ambulatory Surgery Association. Dr. Horner is also heavily involved with advocacy for efficient and affordable care in his role as chair of the ASCAPAC. Dr. Horner continually maintains a finger on the pulse of healthcare via active practice with Tri-Valley Orthopedic Specialists in Pleasanton, California.

Cynthia is currently co-CEO of Genomind, an innovative personalize health company focus providing personalized medication on to a growing network of partners. Cynthia was a Senior Vice President in Optum’s Accountable Care Solution Group shaping evolving care models; aligning care delivery to emerging payment models that aim to improve quality, lower costs, and improve physician and provider satisfaction. Cynthia honed her talents at top-tier consulting firms, large provider systems, large service companies and national health plans, including Cognizant (Trizetto). Stephanie Novak is an advisor to Lookout Health in the area of healthcare practice automation and revenue cycle management (RCM). Stephanie is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Credence Medical Practice Management LLC, a Revenue Cycle Management Company providing RCM services to private practices and medical groups. Stephanie is currently an affiliate of UCSF, providing her RCM services to affiliated providers through UCSF Benioff Children’s Physicians and UCSF Clinical Integrated Partners. She brings a wealth of expertise, with over 16 years in the RCM and health insurance field through working closely with large and small healthcare clinics, insurance companies and various healthcare specialties. In addition to her CEO role, Stephanie has provided consulting services to new physician clinics and healthcare company start-ups and currently serves as Advisor for DocVocate, a healthcare company dedicated to healthcare practice automation.
